Website and Service Terms and Conditions - General

Through the AutoCarLog service website ("Website"), the AutoCarLog service ("Service") provides a means to manage vehicle mileage logbooks that can be useful for managing tax expenses. The Service and Website are provided and operated by Blue Chilli Technology Pty Ltd trading as AutoCarLog.com ("AutoCarLog"). Access and use of the Website and Service are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms and Conditions"). Accessing or using any part of the Service (including by way of opening an account) constitutes an agreement that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Information about Account Opening and Registration

By opening an account and registering to use the Service you represent and warrant that the information you provide AutoCarLog in relation to your account is true and correct and you will promptly notify AutoCarLog if any of your information changes. Conditions to "you" and "your" and words of like import shall be deemed to mean such entity and/or the specific individual who opened the account and registered to use the Service. You must notify AutoCarLog if you believe there has been an unauthorised use of your account or any other breaches of security.

Tax Information

AutoCarLog is not authorised to provide you with Tax Advice and you are required to confirm information stored in your account conforms to the relevant Taxation Law. Any and all information provided by the Website or Service is to be treated as is and is not to be considered financial or tax advice. AutoCarLog is not responsible for how you use the information, in part or whole for tax purposes.

Limitation on Use of Service

Upon registering an account to use the Service you will have a non-exclusive, limited right to use the Service solely for the purpose of managing your vehicle mileages.

Release and Indemnification of AutoCarLog

You release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AutoCarLog and its trustees, officers, employees, agents and successors, form and against any and all losses, claims, causes of auction, obligations, liabilites and damages whatsoever, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Website and Service (including access via a mobile phone or internet enabled device) you breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any unavailability, malfunction or error of the Website or Service.

Use of Email addresses

By registering and agreeing to allow AutoCarLog to send you emails you accept that AutoCarLog may send you emails to notify you of promotions, products and services from other Blue Chilli services and products from time to time.

Limitations of Liability

In no event will AutoCarLog be liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the access or use of, or the inability to access or use, the Website or Service or any portion thereof, including but not limited to the loss of use of the Service or Website, inaccurate results, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages stemming from loss or corruption of data or data being rendered inaccurate, the cost of recovering any data, the cost of substitute services or claims by third parties for any damage to customer's computer, software, modem, telephone or other property even if AutoCarLog has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

AutoCarLog may terminate your access and use of the Service at any time, for any reason and at such time you shall have no further right to use the service. If you have paid for the use of the Service, AutoCarLog will reimburse any fees paid for the use of the Service at a pro-rata rate.

Ownership of Data and Information

All data and information generated from the access and use of the Website and Service, including data recorded for logbooks shall be the property of AutoCarLog. By using the Website and Service you automatically assign AutoCarLog any rights in the data or information generated from the access and use of the Website and Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between AutoCarLog and you concerning the subject matter hereof. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, updated and changed by AutoCarLog as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
