Your personal information held by us may include your name, address, phone number, email address and vehicle registration. We use your personal information to provide you with a quality service to manage your vehicle mileage logbook.

Credit Card details

We do not store any credit card numbers on our servers. Your credit card information is encrypted using our SSL certificate and sent directly to our payment gateway (PayPal). We only store the transaction and confirmation number for each payment.

Your Mobile Number

AutoCarLog uses your mobile number to automatically add trips to your logbook. In order to do this we store your mobile in our internal and secure database.

The AutoCarLog database has strict security controls placed on it which prevent unauthorised access to mobile numbers by staff or third parties.

We will never sell, rent or disclose stored mobile numbers to third party unless we are required to do so by law or by a regulatory body.

We will never use your mobile number to send you marketing messages, notifications, or updates without your permission.

AutoCarLog complies with all industry codes of practice.

Your Email Address

Your email address is the primary means used by AutoCarLog to communicate to you. With your consent we may send related materiel which we believe will be of interest to you of products and services offered by Blue Chilli Technology and partners. You can change how we notify you in your account page.

Access

You can access the personal information stored by us at any time through your account setting page.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Refund Policy

Please consider the AutoCarLog product carefully as we do not normally issue refunds. We offer a trial period of 14 days for you to evaluate the service where you can cancel without incurring charges. After 14 days charges will automatically be issued against your credit card.

When purchasing from AutoCarLog your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
